      The Service & Projects Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.<\/p>\n

      1. Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.<\/li>\n
        • Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.<\/li>\n
        • Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.<\/li>\n
        • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.<\/li>\n
        • Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.<\/li>\n
        • Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.<\/li>\n
        • Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle ensuring communicating proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.<\/li>\n
        • Manage and Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.<\/li>\n
        • Avoid Scope creep and maintain it in accordance with the approved Project Scope and schedule.<\/li>\n
        • Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables then report to the director in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
        • Ensures all changes are to specifications, contracted scope and drawings while documenting them.<\/li>\n
        • Monitor construction and schedule performance while Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget<\/li>\n
        • Adhere to Terratech Safety, EHS and Quality Standards in line with relevant policies and procedures.<\/li>\n
        • Management of Site Design and Construction processes driving the team and specialist subcontractors to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.<\/li>\n
        • Planning of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.<\/li>\n
        • Management of the procurement processes and ensuring the financial burden to the business is minimal while meeting the project\u2019s deliveries and timelines.<\/li>\n
        • Attend daily, weekly and monthly site meetings when required.<\/li>\n
        • Attend all necessary site walks to validate progress vs reports.<\/li>\n
        • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
