Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with management and stakeholders
\nCreating and maintaining detailed project plans
\nLeading and coordinating project teams and resources
\nEnsuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
\nContinuously monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management
\nProactively communicating project status, risks, and challenges
\nManaging budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
\nIdentifying and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle
\nEnsuring adherence to the defined project scope (preventing scope creep)
\nDocumenting changes in accordance with specifications and contractual agreements
\nManaging procurement processes with a focus on cost efficiency
\nPlanning and allocating resources (personnel, materials, subcontractors)
\nLeading and coordinating design and construction processes (if applicable)
\nParticipating in regular project and site meetings, including site inspections
\nMonitoring construction progress and schedule performance
\nEnsuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (EHS)
\nConducting project closeouts, including evaluation and lessons learned
\nYour Profile<\/p>\n

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or a comparable qualification
\nSeveral years of experience in project management, ideally in construction or a technical environment
\nStrong leadership and organizational skills
\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities
\nProficiency in project management tools
\nAnalytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
\nExperience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning
\nFluent in German and English, both written and spoken
