Your Responsibilities

Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with management and stakeholders
Creating and maintaining detailed project plans
Leading and coordinating project teams and resources
Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Continuously monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management
Proactively communicating project status, risks, and challenges
Managing budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
Identifying and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle
Ensuring adherence to the defined project scope (preventing scope creep)
Documenting changes in accordance with specifications and contractual agreements
Managing procurement processes with a focus on cost efficiency
Planning and allocating resources (personnel, materials, subcontractors)
Leading and coordinating design and construction processes (if applicable)
Participating in regular project and site meetings, including site inspections
Monitoring construction progress and schedule performance
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (EHS)
Conducting project closeouts, including evaluation and lessons learned
Your Profile

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in construction or a technical environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in project management tools
Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach
Experience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Ihre Aufgaben

• Definition von Projektzielen, Umfang und Ergebnissen in Abstimmung mit Management und Stakeholdern

• Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Projektpläne

• Leitung und Koordination von Projektteams und Ressourcen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards

• Kontinuierliches Monitoring des Projektfortschritts und Reporting an die Geschäftsleitung

• Proaktive Kommunikation von Projektstatus, Risiken und Herausforderungen

• Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Forecasting

• Identifikation und Minimierung von Projektrisiken während des gesamten Projektverlaufs

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des definierten Projektumfangs (Vermeidung von Scope Creep)

• Dokumentation von Änderungen gemäß Vorgaben und vertraglichen Vereinbarungen

• Steuerung von Beschaffungsprozessen mit Fokus auf Kosteneffizienz

• Planung und Einsatz von Ressourcen (Personal, Material, Nachunternehmer)

• Leitung und Koordination von Planungs- und Bauprozessen (falls zutreffend)

• Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Projekt- und Baustellenbesprechungen sowie Begehungen

• Überwachung des Baufortschritts und der Terminplanung

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards (EHS)

• Durchführung von Projektabschlüssen inklusive Auswertung und Lessons Learned

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Projektmanagement, Ingenieurwesen, Bauwesen, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bau- oder technischen Umfeld

• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

• Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools

• Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Terminplanung und Ressourcenmanagement

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
